1) The Snowboarder
2) V-Crunch
3) Backward/Forward Lunge
4) Reverse Plank Knee Tucks

1) One Leg Elevated Lunges
2) Butt Lift/Toe Touch
3) Dead Lifts/5 kicks
4) Alligator Crunch

Note: 20 seconds of explosive workout, 10 seconds of rest for 8 cycles. You can purchase the Apps for the timer called TABATA on your phone.
